Green Camp Leader

Requirements: Before joining the trainings, applicants go through two stages: completing an application and an interview. After that, the training stage begins. The purpose of the training is to prepare qualified leaders who are equipped with the skills and competencies needed to work with young people. Trained leaders are ready to use the principles of non-formal education to effectively manage group dynamics, respond to teenagers' individual needs, and create a safe, development-oriented environment for campers. Training topics: 1. The team and its stages of development 2. Core principles of non-formal education 3. The needs of teenagers and young people, and age-related characteristics 4. Learning styles 5. The roles of a leader 6. Conflict management 7. Core competencies of a youth worker 8. Forms of self-assessment and self-development Participants who actively attend the trainings will receive a certificate, and the camp will employ graduates in upcoming summer sessions.

Green Camp Volunteer (Assistant)

Requirements: Before joining the trainings, applicants go through two stages: completing an application and an interview. After that, the training stage begins. Applicants must be over 17 years old. The training focuses on developing the core competencies of a youth worker in participants, enabling them — using the principles of non-formal education — to effectively manage group dynamics, respond to teenagers' individual needs, and create a safe, development-oriented environment for young people.
